Our Philosophy

Are YOU Listening?

Our world is evolving at such a rapid rate, that our youth are stuck between paths and how to REACT in their environment. God is very involved and is talking to His people. The question remains...Are you listening? We need to show our youth how to positively REACT to the world around them. The philosophy of this ministry is to help our youth become disciples of Jesus Christ and find hope in our Lord to be a light in this dark world.

Our Purpose

To REACT in a fallen world by forming disciples for Christ.

Our Vision

To empower our youth and young adults to live spiritually productive lives through the application of the word of God.

Our Mission

Developing our youth’s capacity to share the “Good News” while reaching their God-given purpose and potential in life.

Our Core Values

Relational – Relationship is vital and needed for discipleship. When God said in Genesis 2:18 NIV“It is not good for the man to be alone”, he wasn’t saying that he wasn’t enough. He was saying that a large part of how we will experience a relationship with him is through relationships with each other (Collins, 2009).  For 1 John 4:12 NIV states, “No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us”

Evangelistic – The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the foundation to help students become devoted followers of Jesus. This will be accomplished through Bible Study; “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV); our personal testimonies and our mission to help our community.  “The King will reply, Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40 NIV).

Activate – Every believer has God-given gifts. Our ministry strives to help them realize their call and activate their spiritual gift(s) to bless the body of Christ and minister to the lost.  “When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people” (Ephesians 4:8 NIV).

Cultivate – Youth leaders who are Christ-followers are an essential part of our ministry. We know the power of influence a student leader can have on his/her peers. Our goal is to develop potential leaders who will serve as examples to the group. “I knew you before I formed you in the womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5 NLT).

Thrive – To live the fruitful life God planned for them; to glorify His name and walk boldly with the Holy Spirit. “The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail” (Isaiah 58:11 NIV).

The time to REACT is NOW.

FOR HIS KINGDOM...FOR HIS GLORY!
